Other Disclosures

Pursuant to an order dated 23 December 2015 issued by SEBI (AK/AO – 117/2015), a monetary penalty of Rs. 35 lakh was imposed on Rajesh S Prabhudesai. The said penalty has been duly paid.

In 2021, a service tax demand pertaining to FY16 was raised by the Service Tax Department amounting to Rs. 1.2 lakh. The said demand has been paid.
