In 2015, SEBI imposed a penalty of Rs 35 lac on the applicant, Rajesh Prabhudesai via order AK/AO – 117/2015. The said penalty was paid.

In 2021, Service Tax department sent a notice of Rs 1.2 lac for service tax pertaining to FY16. The said demand was paid.
