    Grievance Redressal Mechanism

    In case of any grievance / complaint, clients are requested to follow the grievance redressal mechanism as detailed below:


    Step 1: Contact the Research Analyst

    Clients may first approach the Research Analyst directly to register their complaint through any of the following modes:

    The Research Analyst shall endeavor to resolve the grievance within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.


    Step 2: Escalation to Compliance Officer

    If the client does not receive a satisfactory response within 10 working days, the grievance may be escalated to the Compliance Officer at:

    The Compliance Officer shall respond within 10 working days of receipt of the escalated complaint.


    Step 3: SEBI SCORES / Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

    If the grievance remains unresolved after exhausting the above remedies, the client may lodge a complaint with SEBI through its centralized grievance redressal system:

    Clients can submit their grievances, track the status, and view the resolution online.

    If the grievance is not resolved through the SCORES platform, the client may further escalate the matter through the SEBI-recognized Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism, in accordance with SEBI guidelines.
